Help and Support

The Andover Crisis and Support Centre aims to provide accommodation for women and women with children in need of a supportive environment together with a telephone and drop in service offering information, advice, support and a counselling service for the local community.

The centre acts as a drop-in facility to all members of the community. The workers can discuss different issues such as homelessness, abuse, sexual health and stress. Providing emotional support as well as practical advice to those in domestic abuse relationships, as well as having a rural support worker that may be able to visit those more isolated so they can still discuss these issues.
