Offering information and advice for adults, young people and children on the autism spectrum, their parents, carers and professionals.

This charity offers a number of different services such as Community Access, which includes information provision and advice from an autism specialist. As well as an online directory so that local services can be found.

Adult Services- Provide support teams to people living in their own homes. Can include support with personal care, leisure activities, cooking, cleaning and household chores. People supported include autistic people, people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and physical disabilities. Call 02392 524243.

Information, Advice and Guidance- Our information Advice and Guidance team offers a wide range of free services to support individuals, families, and professionals as well as raising autism awareness within the local community. This service is available pre, during and post diagnosis via the telephone or by email. Call 02380 766162.

Specialist Mentoring Service- Our qualified Specialist Mentors offer 1:1 sessions with students at the University of Portsmouth. This DSA accredited service aims to empower students to develop specific strategies that enable them to overcome barriers to learning and life. Call 07741 657092.

Training and Consultancy Service- Autism related training courses, tailored to your needs, including employment training, Parent workshops and schools workshops.
