Providing support and empowerment to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Offering a Mind Infoline, Legal Line and Webchat as well as a Blue Light Infoline (fr emergency service staff and their families).
Mind also have local services that offer 1-1 support and sometimes group sessions, workshops and more. The local Mind’s in Hampshire are Solent Mind, Fareham and Gosport Mind, Havant and East Hants Mind and Andover Mind.
