Portsmouth Abuse & Rape Counselling Services (PARCS)
Working with those who have been sexually violated at any time in their lives no matter how long ago. PARCS also provide support for victims of domestic abuse.
Providing free specialist support, counselling and psychotherapy to survivors of sexual and/or domestic abuse. Including a number of services for children, as well as adult survivors and training for organisations.
PARCS provides a helpline to anyone affected by sexual and/or domestic abuse on 0300 222 5735. Open Mondays 11am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 4.30pm-8pm.
