Enabling young people to transform their lives through bespoke 1-1 programmes of support including Anger Management, Counselling, Life Coaching, Mentoring and Support for Young Parents.

Supporting young people aged 14-25 living in the Boroughs of Rushmoor and Hart and surrounding areas, particularly those who are: isolated, vulnerable, struggling at school, in trouble with the law, have challenging family relationships, are homeless, in care, live on their own or are young parents.
